In Kuźnia Jawor we focus on regular improvement of qualifications and continuous development. We follow new paths and opportunities to improve our activities while following the latest technology solutions.

That is why we have been cooperating with the Wrocław University of Technology for many years. Together, we carry out various research and development projects, which have already contributed to, among others, introduction of robots in Kuźnia, modernization of presses as well as efficient and economical furnaces for heat treatment.

The R&D department, which supervises the continuity of development processes and production technologies, has recently introduced new solutions that allow to extend the tool life, or to improve the lubrication of matrices. The work of this department is also an invaluable contribution to the development of the project co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development. This project aims at creating a flexible production centre, taking into account the challenges and opportunities posed by industry 4.0.

We are developing on various levels – we are also expanding the IT side of the production company management. We implement new solutions, so-called expert systems, enabling the visualisation and analysis of large amounts of data. This allows for optimization of planning decisions. During the organization and running of these activities, we cooperate, among others with the University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

We create project teams composed of many young and ambitious engineers who can realise their professional aspirations with us. At the same time, we are expanding the perspective of development necessary in the face of phenomena such as partial robotization of production.

We take into account the enormous prospects of the European and world forging market, the growth of which was estimated in independent reports at approximately USD 111 billion in 2020 from approximately USD 81 billion in 2016. Therefore, we undertake further actions. We have been working intensively for the past few quarters with the German institute IWU Fraunhofer. This provides us with the opportunity to access the most modern technical and technological solutions in the forging area.
