We produce steel die forgings hot forged. We provide very high quality, based on many years of experience in the industry.
The production is performed on:
Massey forging press lines with press of 600T to 2500T, including a 1300T automated press workstation
hammer lines with impact energy from 1800KGm to 17500KGm
Carbon, alloy and acid-resistant steels are used for production.
Additionally, we offer:
- heat treatment
- blasting
- calibration
- magnetic particle inspection (MPI)
- anti-corrosion protection
- galvanizing (in cooperation)
- painting (in cooperation)
Heat treatment is conducted in the scope of:
- isothermal, normalizing and softening annealing
- thermal improvement
- solution treatment
- actions on BY lines
Our own tool shop with HSM machine tools and CAD / CAM-assisted control system secures 100% of the demand for tools used in the forging process. We also use software for advanced simulations of the forging process – QFORM. For years, we have been cooperating with the Wrocław University of Technology and the University of Science and Technology in Krakow in the field of products development.
