Raw and machined die forgings

We specialise in the production of raw and machined steel forgings weighing from 0.1kg to 35kg. For their production, we use presses (from 600T to 4000T) and forging hammers (from 1800 KGm to 17500 KGm). In addition, we offer heat treatment, MPI magnetic-powder defectoscoping and precision machining on CNC machines (turning, milling).

Steel flanges

We are a significant European producer of high quality flanges for pipe connections used in the water, gas and petrochemical industries. We use carbon steel to manufacture them according to EN, ANSI / ASME B16.5, DIN and NFE standards for pressure from PN 6 to PN 100 and from 150 to 2500 lbs. The maximum size of our flanges is DN 250 and 8".
